Situated within a quiet residential setting in Deftera, Nicosia, the project is carefully oriented towards the landscape, with generous openings framing views of the Pedieos River. The architecture balances solidity and openness, creating calm and comfortable homes with a strong sense of place.

An L-shaped residence designed to embrace a central pool, creating a strong visual connection between the water and the interior spaces. The three-bedroom home incorporates an office, two living areas, a dining space, and a generous kitchen, all carefully arranged around the pool to ensure that the outdoor space remains a constant focal point throughout the house. The street-facing elevation is intentionally restrained, with a single, carefully positioned skylight introducing natural light while maintaining a strong sense of privacy. This controlled approach creates a feeling of mystery from the exterior, revealing the openness and connection of the internal spaces only upon entering the residence.

Generous private gardens extend the living environment beyond the interior, while carefully selected modern finishes provide a refined and timeless character. The homes are designed to combine functional family living with a clear contemporary identity.

A contemporary three-bedroom residence conceived around the idea of comfortable family living and a strong connection to the outdoors. Generous interior spaces extend towards a substantial private garden, complemented by a dedicated BBQ area that encourages informal gatherings and outdoor living. The design creates a warm and relaxed domestic environment where interior and exterior spaces work as one.
